I have to say that being from Memphis I do know alot
about great Q and this is the real deal.
I've been a judge at several cook off events and think
that Pig-N-Chik BBQ could easily win most of
those cook offs!!! The pork is soooo tender and just the
right amount of smokey flavor that I crave it and
have to go there at least two times a week. The stew is
the best I have had in a restaurant, just the right
amount of spice and sweetness,, great job guys!! The
rest of the menu is just as good a quality as the pork
and man is it tasty. See you again tomorrow
